Our client is a leading U.S. fashion retailer, offering apparel, footwear, beauty, and home goods. It operates 350+ stores and robust online platforms, combining in-store and digital experiences.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a globally distributed engineering team supporting a large-scale retail and logistics platform. The team builds, deploys, and supports software solutions focused on logistics, inventory control, and store operations, with the goal of improving efficiency and providing an excellent experience for store employees.
In this role, you will work closely with US-based engineers, product managers, and business partners, as well as international contractors.
Design and develop scalable full stack solutions
Own features end-to-end, from implementation to production support
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
Participate in on-call rotation and support critical systems
Senior-level experience with Java & Spring Boot
Strong JavaScript / React skills
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
Advanced SQL and performance tuning
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Experience with production systems and on-call support
Strong technical ownership and decision-making skills
Experience mentoring, reviewing code, and leading by example
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
