UrNamu is expanding its core tech team, and we're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong AI exposure to play a key role in building and scaling our platform. About UrNamu UrNamu is a Saudi-born LegalTech platform transforming how organizations draft, review, negotiate, e-sign, and manage legal documents powered by next-generation Arabic & English AI. We're building mission-critical software used by real businesses, and we're looking for senior talent ready to lead, architect, and deliver at scale. Senior Full Stack Developer (AI Experience) You'll work across the entire stack, collaborate closely with AI engineers and product teams, and take ownership of complex, high-impact features. What You'll Do • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and frontend experiences. • Lead the development of core platform features deployed in production environments. • Integrate AI-powered capabilities, including LLM-driven workflows and document intelligence. • Collaborate with AI engineers on APIs, RAG pipelines, and AI-enabled platform features. • Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and uphold engineering best practices. • Ensure high standards for performance, security, reliability, and maintainability. Our Tech Stack • PHP (Laravel) • Laravel Nova • FastAPI & AI microservices (Python) • LLMs, embeddings, and AI integrations What We're Looking For • 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development. • Strong hands-on experience with Laravel and modern backend architectures. • Solid understanding of frontend frameworks (React preferred). • Proven experience integrating AI-driven features or working with AI-enabled systems. • Strong system design, clean code, and architectural decision-making skills. • Ability to lead technically, mentor team members, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
