Responsibilities:
• Manage and attend resolution of Customer issues (ALR, 3D, RCCA, 8D) including Reliability Risk assessments of bracketed materials
• Set-up and attend customer meeting / telecon and ensure compliance with respect to agenda
• Conduct Customer Audit presentation for Process Controls and Quality issue updates
• Track and update customer for any regular or special requested customer reports and reliability monitoring
• Review customer documents (CSR), identify gaps for closure and ensure execution and compliance
• Generate and presents Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports per Customer account for internal and customer reporting
• Review and approve Process Control Documents (PFMEA,
Control Plan, OCAP, Process Specs)
• Drive for Process Control Enhancement / Projects (CIP improvement) per process of concern
• Conduct CAPA/CIP verification audits to ensure close loop executions and consistent implementations
• Monitor and update KPI and initiate improvement plans for items not met
• Track and monitor Customer RMA due to Quality issues
• Manage QE systems for clean-up and audit free Dbase – eCAR, ALR & PCN, e-NPI
• Represent Site QE on any Corporate related Process Control standardization of practices and systems
• Update quality performance presentations and attend QBR meetings
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics/ semiconductor industry
• Knowledge of Statistics/Problem Solving Techniques/manufacturability (8D, FMEA, SPC, DOE, DMAIC, etc.)
• Auditing skills, Articulate and keen to details
