A company is looking for a Senior Director, Clinical Data Management.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide managerial and technical leadership for the Data Management group, fostering team collaboration and productivity
Ensure high-quality data management activities for clinical trials, from database creation to achieving study database locks
Oversee external vendors' deliverables and maintain compliance with trial master file requirements
Required Qualifications :
Master's degree with 18+ years of experience in clinical data management within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
13+ years of experience managing a Data Management group
Extensive hands-on experience in database design, data review / cleaning, and database lock processes
Solid knowledge of clinical trial data management processes and familiarity with CDSIC standards
Strong organizational and project management skills with a demonstrated interest in continued learning
