The Senior Director will lead the Hospitality Division of Optimum Sports overseeing all hospitality activation. Participation in new business ideation will also be part of the role.
As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for the entire development, execution and management of a Client's Olympic hospitality program for the Milan 2026 Olympic & Paralympic Games. This person will work in close collaboration with the Official Hospitality Provider of the Olympics and all relevant third parties to ensure seamless delivery of Client's hospitality program and will report into the Managing Director overseeing the Client relationship. The Senior Director will also oversee a client's major corporate event in the Spring of 2026.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required (preferably Marketing, Sports Management, Hospitality Management a plus)
• 12+ years of experience in experiential marketing / hospitality event marketing with direct client-facing access
• Olympics Hospitality Experience Preferred, Major Global Events considered
• Industry knowledge and understanding of Sports Marketing and the Olympics & Paralympics
• Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize many simultaneous deliverables
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs, Teams

Responsibilities:
• Lead and Oversee OS Hospitality Division
• Support existing client relationships
• Build and support new business efforts in the space
• Lead Games-time operational strategy and manage implementation of client's Hospitality program for Milan 2026.
• Manage all vendor and agency relationships and coordinate associated resources for seamless delivery.
• Oversee relationship with Olympics hospitality AOR to execute across all program deliverables and support all elements of the program including accommodations, food and beverage, transportation, local experiences, staffing, gifts, tickets, etc.
• Lead, Plan and Manage all Site visits including prep, schedule, execution, hosting
• Client management
• Lead all Games Time Olympic & non-Olympic activities and experiences including planning
• Work closely with Client on Guest communication and management
• Manage unique Executive Program
• Build out training, logistics / operational and procedural materials
• Ideate and propose production as it relates to on-site experiences
• Onboard, train, and manage temporary staff prior to and during Games
• Create and Manage total hospitality budget
• Manage day-to-day comms with client POCs and across internal teams
• Manage and develop effective relationships with agencies, hotels, vendors and partners
• Develop understanding of clients' business needs, KPI's, goals and objectives

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$120,000-$230,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
