Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35‑hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

What
You’ll Do Here
• Support the development team on operational aspects of data pipeline.
• Ensure security and promote secure coding practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement scalable and secure data solutions.
• Utilize AWS services (S3, Lambda, Cloud Watch, VPC, SQS, SNS, Cost explorer) to manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure.
• Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Git Hub, Git Hub Actions, and Jenkins to manage AWS, GCP (Big Query and GCS).
• Work with Databricks and Snowflake to manage and analyze large datasets.
• Contribute to our Agile/Scrum processes to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions.
• Engage in creative problem‑solving to address complex data challenges.
What You Bring To The Table
• 5 to 8 years experience in a Dev Ops role with a background in software engineering.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any combination of education and equivalent experience.
• Experience in development and operation (Dev Ops) in a cloud environment.
• 5 years of experience in an AWS cloud environment, with in-depth knowledge of S3, Lambda, Cloud Watch, VPC, Data Backup, AWS Backup.
• Excellent hands‑on experience with Terraform, Git Hub, Git Hub Actions, and Jenkins.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience in a Databricks and Snowflake environment is a significant asset.
• Experience in a Big Data context is an asset.
• Experience in security or Sec Ops is a significant asset.
• A Software Engineering Mindset focusing on operation and security.
