The Senior Delivery Lead oversees the full delivery lifecycle of an initiative focused on automating credit card payments, combining hands-on delivery leadership with strong stakeholder management in an agile environment.
Responsibilities / Responsabilités
• Lead the full delivery lifecycle from planning to execution
• Facilitate requirements gathering and scope definition sessions
• Build and manage delivery roadmaps for credit card payment automation initiatives
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Actively participate in all aspects of delivery, including hands-on execution
• Manage stakeholders and communicate progress and risks
• Apply Agile SCRUM methodologies throughout delivery
• Support change management activities related to delivery initiatives
Requirements / Profil recherché
• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Delivery Lead or similar role
• Strong background in project and delivery management
• Experience with credit card payment automation
• Experience with Bambora payment processing (TD Bank context)
• Background in software development prior to transitioning into delivery leadership
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience delivering complex, technology-driven initiatives
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
