Minimum Qualifications:
Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
Experience Required: 4 years
Demonstrated capabilities in managing client needs encompass:
• Development and execution of Generative AI and AI solutions, including analytical model creation, programming in Python, clearly communicating results, and fostering collaborative development.
• Documenting and analyzing business processes to pinpoint AI opportunities, gathering requirements, formulating initial hypotheses, and crafting solution approaches.
• Collaborating with clients to identify their business challenges and selecting appropriate analytical models for AI applications.
• Designing customized AI and GenAI architectures for clients, which include plugin integrations and tailored application development.
• Processing varied data forms for large language model contexts, including crafting SQL queries and developing database connectors.
• Supervising the operations of a global data and analytics team, reviewing models, and providing constructive feedback.
• Guiding data engineers and fellow data scientists in delivering effective solutions.
• Leading the development of proof-of-concept projects and production use cases within cross-functional teams.
• Structuring and effectively facilitating client presentations.
• Coaching and guiding associates’ performance through regular feedback.
Preferred expertise includes:
• Management of teams focused on AI and Generative AI application development.
• Proficiency in Python and related frameworks, with experience in analytical methods such as Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD practices.

Salary Range: $77,000 - $202,000, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All new hires will be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
