Our client is seeking an experienced Data Lead / Global Process Owner (GPO) to lead the data migration from SAP ECC PA/OM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of HR data throughout the migration lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the data strategy and data migration plan, leading a data team, and performing hands-on extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and validation activities. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role requiring deep SuccessFactors Employee Central expertise. Duration - 6 months, with the possibility of extension Work Mode - % Remote Must Haves Proven experience leading data migration from SAP ECC PA/OM to SuccessFactors Employee Central Hands-on experience with: Data extraction from SAP ECC PA/OM Data transformation to SuccessFactors EC format Data loading into SuccessFactors EC End-to-end data validation and reconciliation Demonstrated experience leading a data migration team with QA oversight responsibilities Prior experience serving as Employee Central Module Lead on at least one full implementation SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (mandatory)
