TCG is exclusively partnering with a fast-growing fintech company in the UAE as they scale a modern data & payments platform. We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer who wants real ownership, impact, and the chance to shape data architecture at scale.

💼 Role: Senior Data Engineer
📍 Location: UAE (On-site 4–5 days per week)
💰 Salary: Competitive (DOE)
⏱ Start Date: ASAP
What you’ll be doing:
-Design, build, and own scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines
-Work with high-volume transactional & event-driven data
-Improve data quality, reliability, and performance
-Enable analytics, reporting, and real-time use cases
-Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and analytics
-Influence key technical decisions as the platform scales
What we’re looking for:
• ** Must Have FinTech + Payment Experience***
-4+ years proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer
-Strong cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
-Hands-on with Airflow, dbt, Spark / PySpark
-Exposure to streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, or similar)
-Startup experience is a big plus
