Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to develop and execute a strategic cybersecurity implementation roadmap.Guide cybersecurity design and implementation across enterprise projects.Participate in detailed technical design, assess solution architecture, and ensure alignment with business plans, compliance standards, and industry best practices.Evaluate cybersecurity risks and threats; support their prioritization and remediation.Contribute to project planning including requirements gathering, budgeting, design, and documentation review.Analyze new systems or interface implementations for their impact on the current security posture.Drive remediation of cybersecurity gaps identified in assessments or operations.Coordinate with stakeholders, internal and external partners to support planning activities.Identify architectural gaps and recommend secure alternatives.Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, trends, and developments in IT Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education/experience.Minimum 7 years designing and implementing cybersecurity solutions in large enterprise environments, including 4 years in a strategic or advisory capacity.Strong experience in at least two of the following areas: IAM, cloud security, application security, OT security (preference given to these areas).Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent industry experience.The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in two or more of the following areas:Infrastructure and Data Centre SecurityEndpoint SecurityNetwork SecurityCloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP)Security Monitoring and OperationsThreat and Vulnerability ManagementIdentity and Access Management (IAM)Enterprise Application SecurityData ProtectionExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and SharePoint.Experience with OT, ICS, and NERC CIP compliance is considered an asset.If you have the necessary expertise and are able to work in Canada, please submit your resume.
