In this role, you will take the lead on various client engagements, managing service delivery, business development, and more. You'll collaborate with esteemed industry professionals and leverage the latest tools and techniques to address pressing security challenges.
The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to drive our digital identity initiatives, helping clients align their security management strategies with business objectives. Your expertise will enable us to enhance PAM solutions, including assessing current capabilities, designing strategies, and implementing effective governance frameworks.
Your key responsibilities
• Lead current state assessments of PAM and deliver capability maturity benchmarks.
• Develop PAM strategies and roadmaps that support client objectives.
• Design target operating models and create governance structures.
• Establish PAM policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct vendor evaluations and assessments.
• Engage in PAM transformation efforts through innovative design and architecture.
• Re-engineer PAM processes and policies.
• Oversee migrations and integrations of PAM solutions.
• Drive discovery and remediation of privileged accounts and secrets.
• Automate operational processes for efficiency.
Skills and attributes for success
• Ability to lead and motivate engagement teams, providing technical leadership in security and IT risk solutions.
• Create an inclusive team culture while mentoring junior consultants.
• Deliver high-quality client services on time and within budget, while identifying risks and opportunities for business growth.
• Utilize knowledge of industry trends to inform client engagements and present findings effectively.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
• A bachelor's degree in a related field and approximately 5 years of relevant work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience.
• Experience with PAM solutions and technologies (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea).
• Knowledge of role-based access control and secret management solutions.
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix) and familiarity with IGA solutions.
• Understanding of access control concepts (directory services, SAML, LDAP, PKI).
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Java, C#) and process mapping.
• A valid driver's license; willingness to travel internationally at an estimated rate of 40-60%.
Ideally, you'd also have:
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) or willingness to obtain within a year.
• Certifications from PAM vendors are a plus.
