Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end contract management for corporate procurement, including drafting, negotiating, and administering complex MSAs and related agreements with vendors such as professional services, HR, and advisory firmsPartner with internal stakeholders across legal, procurement, finance, and business units to ensure contracts align with commercial objectives, risk tolerance, and compliance requirementsManage vendor relationships post-award, overseeing contract performance, renewals, amendments, and dispute resolution as needed
Qualifications
Extensive contracts and procurement experience within heavy industry environments such as manufacturing, oil & gas, mining, or similar sectorsProven background as a senior contracts resource handling corporate procurement agreements, including MSAs with large global vendors (e.g., consulting, audit, HR, and professional services firms)Relevant education and professional certifications in contract management, procurement, law, or a related discipline
Pay: $100-120 per/hour
Must be available to go on-site in downtown Vancouver three days per week.
