Adecco is currently hiring for a Senior Application Support & Product Analyst for a 1-year full-time contract opportunity located in Ottawa, ON (Hybrid). This role supports digital product initiatives within a secure Government of Canada environment and requires an active Secret-level security clearance. In this position, you will work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to support AI-enabled digital products, manage user stories and backlogs, and ensure solutions align with CAF operational objectives and defence security standards. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals with strong Agile, application support, and AI/ML product experience in a government setting. Location: Ottawa, ON (Hybrid) Pay Rate: $80,000 - $120,000 annually Job Type: 1-Year Contract - Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Support the Product Manager by understanding, documenting, and coordinating user stories, use cases, and digital product specifications Engage with CAF users and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and prioritize requirements aligned with operational objectives Act as liaison between vendors, developers, UX designers, business analysts, and end-user departments Track and manage user stories, features, tickets, sprint plans, and sprint execution to ensure completeness and accuracy Plan and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, user acceptance testing, sprint reviews, workshops, and training sessions Identify, research, and coordinate resolution of complex technical issues impacting software and AI products Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and documentation for end-users Ensure all product artifacts and workflows comply with defence security policies, CAF data governance standards, and digital directives Collect, organize, and maintain ticket and feature backlogs for team use Qualifications: Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada Minimum 5 years (within the past 8 years) of senior-level application support experience, including independent diagnosis and resolution of complex issues, acting as escalation point, and supporting full application lifecycle activities (user stories, backlog management, etc.) Minimum 3 years (within the past 7 years) of experience supporting AI or ML products or solutions for the Government of Canada Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Proven ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams Must hold an active Secret-level security clearance Interested?If you are an experienced application support professional with AI product exposure and government experience, we encourage you to apply today.
