What You'll Do
• Proactively hunt for new cloud professional and managed services opportunities.
• Drive discovery efforts by uncovering client needs through executive-level sessions, translating these into customized solutions.
• Create compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that lead to successful deals.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting in Salesforce, and achieving a consistent 5:1 pipeline-to-quota ratio.
• Utilize strategic partnerships with AWS, Microsoft, and Google cloud teams to enhance reach and accelerate sales cycles.
• Stay knowledgeable about emerging cloud technologies, market trends, and competitive positioning.
Who You Are
You are a cloud-savvy sales professional who pairs technical expertise with a hunter’s tenacity. You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace regular prospecting as a core activity, and possess the executive presence to influence CIOs, CTOs, and product leaders.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and over 8 years of relevant experience (or a Master's with 6+ years, or 12+ years total professional experience).
• Proven experience selling IT/cloud solutions in a consultative, B2B setting.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales teams to close complex deals and build long-lasting relationships.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, holding at least one certification (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Digital Leader).
• Experience across the full sales lifecycle, with a history of exceeding sales quotas.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP partner programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, containerization, infrastructure as code, and hybrid cloud strategies.
• Industry experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, or SaaS.
• Advanced cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect - Associate).
Salary range: USD 129,200.00 - 215,300.00 per year. Compensation includes base salary plus an annual incentive/commission target of $90,000.00.
Benefits:
The company offers flexibility regarding vacation time with pay as deemed appropriate, seven paid holidays each calendar year, and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for personal or family wellness needs. Additional paid time off is also available for bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteering, military service, and parental leave.
