As a Senior Manager, you will oversee software engineering projects, ensure successful implementations, drive innovation in processes, and maintain exceptional operational standards. You will engage with clients at a senior level, mentor junior team members, and lead the development of large-scale distributed data processing systems. Responsibilities: • Manage software engineering projects to ensure effective implementation. • Innovate processes to uphold operational excellence. • Engage with clients to contribute to project success. • Mentor junior staff to foster their skill development. • Lead the development of large-scale distributed data processing systems. • Utilize specialized knowledge to produce high-quality outcomes. • Encourage teams to tackle complex challenges collaboratively. • Contribute to the success and growth of the firm. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree. • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. • If lacking a degree, 3 years of specialized training and/or progressive work experience in technology may be considered for each missing year of education. What Sets You Apart: • Master's Degree in fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Preferred Certifications: • Foundational Cloud Digital Leader, Generative AI Leader. • Cloud Engineer Associate, Cloud Developer Professional. • Cloud Architect Professional, Machine Learning Engineer Professional, Cloud DevOps Engineer Professional. Proficiency in Java 8 or Python programming, experience with microservices and event-driven architecture, knowledge of container orchestration tools, and familiarity with Kafka and Apache NiFi are essential.
