Morgan & Mallet International is the leading global recruitment agency specialised in household, estate and lifestyle staff for HNW & UHNW families, private residences, and luxury hospitality groups worldwide. | We are looking for a Senior ATS Developer to lead the evolution, optimisation, and maintenance of our internal CRM system, which is built primarily using Angular (front-end) and Node.js (back-end). | This role involves taking ownership of the ATS’s technical direction, redesigning workflows, implementing new features, improving performance, and ensuring the system supports our multi-office operations across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. | Responsibilities | ATS Architecture & Development | Lead the enhancement, refactoring, and optimisation of the existing CRM platform. | Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code using Angular and Node.js. | Build new modules, dashboards, user interfaces, and automation features. | Improve database structure and query efficiency. | Work with the graphic designer team | Workflow & Process Redesign | Analyze the current CRM workflows, data structures, and business logic. | Redesign and simplify processes to improve recruiter efficiency and inter-team communication. | Work closely with recruitment, HR, and operations teams to understand functional needs. | Create clear process documentation and user guides. | Technology Leadership & Project Management | Establish and manage a development roadmap aligned with business priorities. | Propose and implement new integrations (email systems, chat, API connections, reporting tools, automation platforms). | Ensure high system stability, data security, and user access control. | Train and support internal staff when new features are released. | Oversee version control, backups, and deployment procedures. | Requirements | Technical Skills | 5 to 10 years of professional experience in software development. | Strong expertise in: | Angular (latest versions preferred) | Node.js | RESTful APIs | SQL / NoSQL databases | Experience with authentication, permissions, and role-based access systems. | UI/UX awareness and ability to build user-friendly dashboards. | Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. | Professional Qualities | Strategic thinker with the ability to translate operational needs into digital workflow solutions. | Strong sense of ownership and autonomy. | Capable of leading development projects end-to-end. | Excellent communication skills in English. | Prior experience in CRM or ATS development is a strong advantage. | Work conditions | Full-time position based in Dubai, UAE. | Annual leave + standard UAE benefits. | Visa sponsor | Opportunity to work with a global company operating in multiple countries. | Stable, long-term role with growth opportunities. | Salary | 12 000 to 15 000 per month, depending on experience.
