Not a local portal. Not a marketplace clone.
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Backend / Platform Engineer who codes every day, understands complex systems deeply and wants to own the technical core of a long-term platform.
This is not a role for people who mainly delegate or sit in meetings.
What you will do?
• Work hands-on on the backend codebase daily
• Take ownership of:
• data models
• property identity logic
• ingestion & normalization pipelines
• event-driven workflows
• Review and technically control an external development team
• Gradually bring core knowledge fully in-house
• Later: build and lead a small internal team by teaching through code
Skills
• 7+ years backend / platform engineering experience
• Actively coding in recent years
• Strong in data modeling, APIs, async systems
• Independent thinker, pragmatic, reliable
• Someone who enjoys building, not supervising
Important
We are explicitly not looking for “former engineers” or pure managers.
This role requires daily hands-on work in the code.
