Job Title: Senior Backend Developer Lead
This is a key position for an accomplished developer who will spearhead the design and implementation of complex, scalable systems. We are seeking a senior backend engineer with extensive experience in Python development.
The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience as software engineers and is well-versed in AWS architecture and distributed system management. Strong leadership skills and excellent technical knowledge are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of large-scale distributed systems
• Mentor junior developers to improve their coding standards
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including product managers , designers & other tech leads to identify opportunities for growth improvement & innovation
• Collaborate on setting architectural direction across multiple technology domains (database infrastruture cloud )
