Lead end-to-end QA for digital productsDefine quality standards and build reusable automation frameworksIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelinesIdentify and document defects; perform root cause analysisEvaluate and implement AI-driven QA toolsDrive continuous improvement in QA processesPrepare quality metrics, risk assessments, and reportsStay current with industry trends and best practices
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field6+ years in QA, automation, or system designStrong knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and automation frameworksHands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)Familiarity with scripting/programming languages (Java, PHP, JavaScript)Proven experience using AI in QA automationExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficiency in written Chinese and English; fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
