As a Senior Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our diverse clients globally throughout all phases of SCADA automation projects. Your expertise will help shape the future of our automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Create and oversee designs for intricate instrumentation, controls, and related systems using advanced design practices. • Develop comprehensive technical memoranda and preliminary design reports (PDRs) under minimal supervision. • Coordinate design reconciliations and create user-friendly human-machine interface (HMI) designs and programmable logic controllers (PLC). • Prepare effort estimates and assist with the testing and startup of various systems independently. • Provide training and documentation for end users and support field inspections and testing documentation. • Lead and mentor junior team members and review their work to ensure high standards of quality. • Participate in proposal preparations and contribute to marketing efforts related to the automation strategy. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree. • At least 7 years of relevant experience. • Equivalent experience may substitute for formal education. Work Location: Nationwide - Hybrid work options available. Travel Requirements: Expected travel is around 20%. Salary Range: $104,229 - $182,374, based on experience.
