The Opportunity
As a key member of the Integration and Platform Architecture team, you will design, prototype, and implement user interfaces for Pega-based applications, ensuring a balance between functionality, usability, and visual appeal. In this Senior Associate position, you will use your experience with Pega UI components and work closely with both business and technical teams to align designs with business objectives and enhance the overall digital experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the Pega design framework at PwC while keeping up with emerging design trends.
Responsibilities
• Design and prototype user interfaces for Pega-based applications.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure design alignment with objectives.
• Implement Pega UI components to improve user experience.
• Stay informed about emerging design trends and practices.
• Enhance application interface functionality and usability.
• Contribute to the development of PwC's Pega design framework.
• Analyze user feedback to drive design improvements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards in user interface design.
What You Must Have
• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
What Sets You Apart
• Preferred Master's Degree in UI/UX design.
• Advanced degree or certification in UI/UX design highly valued.
• Pega Certified UI Specialist or Pega Certified Senior UI Specialist preferred.
• Experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Knowledge of conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Expertise in optimizing workflows for scalability and adaptability.
• Staying current with emerging design trends.
