In this full-time position based in Hong Kong Island, you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting‑edge algorithms and software solutions that drive the success of our business.
What you’ll be doing
Lead the design of AI algorithm architecture for overseas markets, targeting core scenarios such as intelligent assistant tools and adaptive game levels. Accurately select or develop proprietary models based on overseas user characteristics and business requirements to enhance product AI competitiveness.
Tackle core algorithm challenges, including optimizing personalized recommendation algorithms for tool features across different overseas regions to improve recommendation accuracy and user satisfaction; training autonomous decision‑making models for mobile game characters to enhance gameplay fun and challenge; and improving multilingual semantic understanding accuracy to ensure seamless interactive experiences for global users.
Comprehensively oversee AI technology deployment in overseas operations, establishing model training and deployment standards while balancing algorithm effectiveness with engineering performance to ensure AI features run stably and efficiently worldwide, supporting AI innovation in overseas markets.
Continuously track cutting‑edge industry technologies, explore innovative AI applications in overseas tool/game scenarios, guide the team in algorithm R&D and deployment, and drive the company's products to maintain a leadership position in global AI applications.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree or above in STEM‑related subjects with at least 5 years of working experience in AI algorithm R
Graduate from Project 985/Project 211 university is preferred;
Experience in leading overseas AI algorithm architecture design, with proficiency in model selection and in‑house development for intelligent assistants and adaptive game levels is preferred.
