**Overview:**
The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) is seeking a Senior Administrative Analyst to work in the Emergency Planning System (EPS) department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in emergency planning, response, and recovery, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. **Responsibilities:**
• Establish a centralized program for testing SFPUC emergency communications equipment
• Analyze and update emergency plans, including Emergency Operations Plans, Continuity of Operations Plans, and Emergency Action Plans
• Assess emergency training completion data and provide opportunities for future trainings
• Support post-emergency cost recovery documentation and establish written policies and procedures
• Perform duties as assigned during emergencies, including working in the Department Operations Center or Emergency Operations Center
• *Qualifications:**
• Possession of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years full-time equivalent experience performing professional-level analytical work
• Substitution: Possession of a graduate degree (Master's degree or higher) from an accredited college or university with major coursework in specialized subject matter areas may be substituted for one (1) year of required experience
• Desirable qualifications include experience working with emergency mass notification systems, emergency planning and response, and FEMA disaster response cost recovery processes
