JD – SECURITY
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and patrol the residential areas of the hotel, including guest apartments, private residences, hallways, lobbies, parking garages, and other related spaces.
• Provide a visible security presence to deter and detect any suspicious activity or unauthorized access.
• Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel to ensure they are authorized to enter the residential areas.
• Respond promptly to alarms, security incidents, or guest requests, including potential safety issues or disturbances.
• Enforce hotel policies related to security and conduct, ensuring both residents and guests adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations.
• Ensure that all security equipment, such as surveillance cameras, entry systems, and alarms, are in good working order.
• Conduct regular security checks of residential rooms, ensuring that doors, windows, locks, and safes are functioning properly.
• Assist in the coordination of emergency evacuations, ensuring residents and guests are safely evacuated when required.
• Maintain detailed logs of security incidents, reports of suspicious activities, and any other security-related occurrences.
• Assist residents with security-related concerns, providing support and advice on personal safety and security measures.
• Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
• Control access to restricted areas, such as service elevators, utility rooms, or staff-only zones.
• Be a point of contact for residents, addressing concerns or providing information regarding security procedures and services.
