We are seeking a highly skilled
Scrum Master
for one of our biggest clients, a well-known government entity in Riyadh. The role will be on-site in Riyadh, and it is for Saudi Nationals.

Minimum Experience
3 years in the same or a similar role
Location
On-site in Riyadh
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any related discipline)
Key Responsibilities
Remove team obstacles through effective management of daily stand-up meetings
Help the team communicate efficiently and adopt Agile methodologies
Organize the team’s schedule to ensure delivery of value and sprint goals
Coordinate and schedule daily and weekly Agile ceremonies
Monitor the team using Agile values and performance dashboards
Job Requirements
Saudi National
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong planning and organizational abilities
Proficiency in risk management
Professional problem-solving capabilities
Effective time management skills
Collaborative mindset
Strong team spirit
