Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, reviews).
Coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth execution of data migration activities.
Identify risks, blockers, and ensure timely delivery of sprint goals.
Work closely with product owners, data engineers, and business teams.
Track progress, maintain Jira dashboards, and improve team velocity.
MUST HAVE (in bold)
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong experience in Data Migration projects
Excellent knowledge of Agile / Scrum frameworks
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
