Role Duties:
Host daily stand-ups, backlog refinements, and sprint planning sessions
Facilitate meetings to resolve blockers and keep projects on track
Serve as the main facilitator and coach for Agile teams
Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts on user stories
Manage cross-squad dependencies and conduct Scrum of Scrums
Partner with Project Managers to ensure value delivery and governance
Monitor project roadmaps, release plans, and Agile metrics
Role Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience with 1+ year as a Scrum Master
Must be a local HK citizen or hold HK permanent residency
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (spoken and written)
Strong hands-on experience with JIRA; Confluence is a plus
Agile certification (PSM1, CSM) preferred but not mandatory
Background in financial services or insurance is highly desirable
Experience with Python, React, Node.js, or REST APIs is a bonus
