A company is looking for a Scrum Leader to facilitate Agile practices and guide Scrum Teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum workflows and ensure adherence to Agile practices
Coach and develop Scrum Teams to achieve high performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Agile / Scrum leadership roles
Deep knowledge of Scrum and the software development life cycle
Experience with Scrum techniques such as story splitting and estimation
Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and / or SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred
