We are seeking a visionary and hands-on UI/UX Lead to drive the design strategy and execution for Tennis Channel's Direct to Consumer (DTC) products, including our streaming apps, website, and emerging platforms. We are expanding our digital footprint and direct-to-consumer offerings to bring the sport closer to fans around the world. This role will be instrumental in shaping the user experience for millions of tennis fans, ensuring our digital products are intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling. Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for all DTC platforms (mobile, web, OTT). • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and content teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. • Translate product requirements and user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. • Establish and maintain a cohesive design system and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions. • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX and digital media. Required Qualifications • 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role. • Proven experience designing for consumer-facing digital products, preferably in media, sports, and streaming. • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc. • Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Passion for sports and a strong appreciation for the tennis audience is a plus.
