Experience 8 years in SAP BASIS administration| with at least 3 years in cloud migration projects.
Technical Expertise SAP NetWeaver| HANA| Azure cloud services| HADR architecture| and performance tuning.
Domain Knowledge BFSI regulatory compliance and security standards.
Soft Skills Strong leadership| problem-solving| and cross-team collaboration abilities.
Certifications SAP BASIS| Azure Solutions Architect| or related certifications (preferred).
Essential Skills: Canada Life is looking for a seasoned SAP BASIS Tech Lead to architect and manage the technical foundation for our SAP migration to Azure. This role will ensure high availability| security| and performance of SAP systems during and after migration.
