Contract: Initially through 12/31/26 (probable extension/conversion)

Job Overview:
The Business Marketing Group is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to support global marketing campaigns. This role focuses on building, launching, and optimizing multi-channel marketing journeys that drive awareness and adoption.
You’ll work hands-on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, managing end-to-end campaign execution across email, ads, web, and events while juggling multiple deadlines. The role also includes basic troubleshooting, QA, and stakeholder coordination to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and perform well.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (setup, testing, scheduling, tracking, reporting)
Create and manage multi-channel journeys using Journey Builder (email, webinars, forms, landing pages, web, in-app messaging)
Set up and support webinar programs, including emails, landing pages, and forms
Manage lists, segmentation, and data extensions
QA marketing materials and troubleshoot delivery issues
Optimize automation programs to improve engagement and scalability
Provide campaign performance reporting and insights
Partner with cross-functional teams and advise stakeholders on email and marketing automation best practices
Qualifications:
2+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
5+ years overall marketing experience
Experience running large-scale digital marketing campaigns
Strong communication and project management skills
Degree not required
Nice to Have:
Advanced SFMC technical knowledge (configuration, customization, integrations)
Webinar program experience
Salesforce Data Cloud or CRM experience
Strong email marketing best practices
SQL skills a plus
Strong analytical and business acumen
Quick learner who can become a power user in new tools
