This is a leadership opportunity for a commercially driven professional to lead and grow the business in Hong Kong, managing both sales and technical functions while strengthening market presence and execution excellence.
Position Summary
The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving business growth in Hong Kong through strong leadership, effective commercial strategy execution, and cross‑functional collaboration. This people‑manager role oversees sales, marketing execution, distributor management, and technical service operations, while ensuring disciplined budget control, high service standards, and sustainable customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, distributors, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive clinical adoption, strengthen brand presence, and support long‑term business growth.
• Provide overall leadership for the Medical Device business in Hong Kong , ensuring consistent delivery of commercial objectives through effective planning and execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team , fostering collaboration, capability building, and a strong performance culture.
• Partner closely with the Supply Chain team to improve demand planning, enhance forecast accuracy, and ensure stable product availability.
• Define and execute integrated product, sales, and marketing strategies to strengthen market positioning and accelerate business expansion.
• Manage tender preparation and submissions , while monitoring distributor execution to ensure effective and compliant channel performance.
• Oversee sales operations, budgeting, and performance reporting , maintaining disciplined cost control and transparent progress tracking.
• Ensure excellence in technical service operations , upholding high standards of service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders to align priorities, ensure smooth execution, and support sustainable business growth.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science or related Science Disciplines
• 5 years or above of relevant experience , preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
• Proven experience in commercial roles with exposure to sales, marketing, or business operations.
• Demonstrated people leadership capabilities with the ability to coach and develop teams.
• Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Commercially minded , analytical, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
