The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.The primary objective is to increase revenue and market share by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdentifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through a variety of channels to Meet and exceed sales targets.Negotiating and closing deals with clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with the products or services they receive.Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.Maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to stay ahead of the curve.Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.Keeping accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, sales leads, and sales forecasts. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.Proven track record of success in sales preferably in Real Estate and Banking sector.Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.Omani Nationality Required
