Location: Central
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:45pm
Remuneration: Up to $4,300 basic + $1,000 transport allowance + Sales Incentive Scheme (quarterly)
Responsibilities:
• Promote company products to contractors, dealers, architects, and developers to achieve sales targets
• Organize marketing activities, product presentations, and technical briefings
• Manage product line P&L, inventory, costings, quotations, and tenders
• Provide technical support and product training to representatives and customers
• Lead and guide Product Representatives; assist in payment collection
• Liaise with principals/suppliers on shipments and deliveries
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints
Requirements:
• Diploma in Building, Architecture, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• 4–5 years sales/marketing experience in construction materials or related industry
• Independent, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset
• Own transport (motorbike or car) preferred
