Sales Engineer (Front-End Semiconductors)
• Up to $5,000 basic salary + $800 car allowance + Sales incentives + Variable bonus + AWS
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Hands-on experience dealing with front-end semiconductors
• Sales Coverage:
• 70% Farmer / 30% Hunter role
• Key customers include UMC, Micron, GlobalFoundries (GF), and STMicroelectronics (STM)
Job Responsibilities
• Implement and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts
• Ensure product pricing aligns with company-set profit margins while supporting sales growth
• Maintain strong customer relationships, monitoring performance and adjusting actions when needed
• Conduct or organize customer training sessions, technical seminars, and product presentations
• Provide daily customer support, addressing questions related to quality, availability, and delivery
• Offer first-level technical assistance and coordinate with suppliers’ technical teams to develop effective solutions
• Support timely resolution of accounts receivable issues to help achieve company revenue objectives
Requirements
• NITEC or higher qualification
• 2 years of experience in front-end semiconductor industry
• Proven experience managing key semiconductor customers
• Strong communication, coordination, and customer-facing skills
