What You'll Be Doing
You’ll join CIBC’s Investors Services Inc. (ISI) team. As an Investment Representative (IR) you’ll provide a positive customer experience by servicing clients and ensuring that all efforts towards single call resolution are delivered on a timely basis. You’ll accurately process all trade and non-trade related requests in accordance with CIBC Investor Services Inc. (CIBC ISI) policies and procedures and IIROC regulations. The expected start date will be Monday August 15th, 2021.
We want to hear from you if:
- You have current accreditation and good standing of Canadian Securities Course (CSC). You will be required to complete the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) within the first 6 months employment.- You are bilingual in Cantonese, and/or Mandarin (asset not required).- You go the extra mile, because it’s the right thing to do.- You are ambitious and you love to learn.- You are motivated to make a difference.- You love to surround yourself with people who challenge you.- You listen and learn from the diverse experience of others.- You bring the best of yourself to work.

A quick note on your availability - our Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. We’d like for you to be flexible between these hours.
