Building the operating system for AI-driven workflows with a remote-first team spanning North America.
Own the entire UI/UX and product design process from strategy to execution.
Translate complex AI/LLM concepts into intuitive, delightful user experiences.
Partner with engineering and product leadership to ship pixel-perfect, production-ready designs.
Define and evolve the design system for scalability and consistency.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure design excellence in every release.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
~5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of high-impact shipped products.
~ Mastery of Figma and strong background in UI/UX for SaaS or dev tools.
~ Familiarity with Webflow, Tailwind, React or similar tools for prototyping and implementation.
~ Strong grasp of typography, spacing, color, and responsive design.
Background in early-stage startups where you’ve owned product design.
Ability to influence brand identity, motion design, and creative direction.
Up to $300K base + equity ownership in a hyper-growth Series A startup.
