Technical Lead – Full Stack Applications.
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead – Full Stack Applications where you will leverage your expertise in Mongo DB GraphQL ExpressJS Angular and Node JS to design and implement innovative solutions. With a focus on Cards and Payments you will contribute to projects that enhance our service offerings. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of day shifts allowing you to balance work and personal commitments effectively.
In this role, you will:
• Lead the development and implementation of scalable web applications using MongoDB, ExpressJS, Angular 10+, GraphQL, and Node JS.
• Oversee the technical architecture and design of projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting regular code reviews and implementing best practices.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and tools.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical aspects of projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external partners.
• Manage project risks and issues proactively to minimize impact on delivery timelines.
• Contribute to the company’s strategic goals by delivering impactful solutions that enhance customer experience.
What you must to be considered:
• Possess strong expertise in MongoDB, ExpressJS, Angular 10+, GraphQL, and Node JS.
• Demonstrate experience in leading technical projects and teams effectively.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a good understanding of the Cards & Payments domain, which is an added advantage.
• Show proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Display strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Work Location: Toronto, ON. (Hybrid).

Salary and Other Compensation:
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
