Responsibilities
• Build and lead a team encompassing security operations (SecOps) and technical operations (NOC/SRE-lite).
• Manage end-to-end security posture, from threat detection to incident response, applying operational rigor to technical incidents.
• Develop resilient systems and demonstrate extreme ownership in protecting the platform and customers.
Applicants should have 7-10+ years of combined experience in security operations, incident response, and/or technical operations/SRE, with a minimum of 2 years in a formal people management role. The role requires deep expertise in modern security operations within a cloud-native environment, including threat detection, SIEM, SOAR, and EDR/MDR tooling. Technical operations expertise should include experience in incident management for non-security events and managing a 24/7 technical operations/NOC function.
