Job Role:
As our ServiceNow Lead Solution Architect, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions to meet business needs. This includes deploying, maintaining, and improving the ServiceNow Service Management platform used by Capita.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve solution design and delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of BAs, admins, solution architects, and developers.
• Ensure platform alignment with business strategy.
Requirements:
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and ITIL processes.
• Enterprise environment experience and system architecture skills.
• Technical proficiency in cloud services, enterprise software, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• ITIL certification and proven track record in designing complex IT solutions.
