About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Backend & Tooling Engineer.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing high-performance systems in Rust that support AI data pipelines and evaluation workflows.
• You will design and develop full-stack tooling and backend services for large-scale data annotation, validation, and quality control.
• Improve reliability, performance, safety across existing codebases.
• Collaborate with data research engineering teams on model training evaluation workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks edge cases in system behavior implement scalable fixes.
