A company is looking for a Group Health QA Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the review of Physician reports and medical records for accuracy and completeness
Supervise QA staff and manage the File Review Board to ensure timely processing of files
Act as a liaison between reviewers, team members, and clients regarding file status and process
Required Qualifications
RN licensure required
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in medical peer review or healthcare industry required
Business experience in a healthcare and / or insurance setting preferred
