Experteer Overview
You drive revenue by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close within Spendesk’s spend-management platform. You partner across teams to ensure a consistent customer journey, applying Challenger and MEDDPICC methodologies. You engage mid-market prospects, tailor presentations, and negotiate terms to convert opportunities into signed contracts. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, customer success, and cross-functional collaboration, with impact on growth and customer value.

Tasks
• 2 years of professional sales experience with a track record in mid-market navigation
• Proven prospecting and closing experience in a competitive SMB landscape with 1–4 month sales cycles
• Commercial mindset with strong quota attainment, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle many opportunities simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one of: French or German
• Leadership, charisma, and the ability to build trust with stakeholders
• Customer-first, consultative mindset to understand client context and pains
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, international team environment
Key requirements
• 4 days per month remote (non-accumulative)
• 3 weeks remote per year (non-consecutive)
