We are excited to be recruiting for a Retail Sous Chef to work at a prestigious banking firm. Location: 1 Basinghall Ave, London EC2V 5DD Rate of Pay: 40,000 per annum Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week, 7:00am - 3:30pm Key Responsibilities: • To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs • To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers • To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are 'picture perfect' every time • To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts • To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients • Cooking for up to 500 people per day Our ideal candidate will have a contract catering background What's in it for you?
