The hiring manager does not have deep GCP expertise and is specifically looking for a senior-level practitioner who can act as a technical authority, helping shape best practices, mentor team members, and support a Center of Excellence model.The platform supports data, AI, and contact center initiatives, including a newly launched call center leveraging Vertex AI and GCP Contact Center AI (CCAI) components. You will work closely with engineering, data, architecture, and product teams to enable reliable delivery and operational excellence across shared platforms.
