Our project is a WEB3 gaming Metaverse (smart contracts, NFT, our token, and more built into).
The game is already in the beta stage, with a dedicated team of programmers. We are currently seeking a project manager for a new direction within the project.
Responsibilities
Manage projects and initiatives of variable size and complexity.
Create and deliver dashboard reporting and overview of project status.
Assign tasks and coordinate internal resources and external vendors for seamless project execution
Working with team Leads/Technical Directors to manage resources of the project
Developing project plans, workflows and managing milestones
Interact with stakeholders
Qualifications
Must have. Experience of working with web3/blockchain/NFT related project.
Experienced in the delivery of projects in an agile environment
Experienced Scrum Master, with experience of other project frameworks of Kanban
Enthusiastic, driven, self-motivated with a focus on product quality
Able to work independently, excellent personal organisation and able to demonstrate consistently balanced good judgement and logical thought prioritisation
Very strong interpersonal skills
Committed to the development of all team members and continuous development of capability within the department
A real interest in problem solving and focused on results
