We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative to support our Claims Coordination Team. This is a fully remote position, and all necessary equipment will be provided. Candidates must have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection. Position Overview The Customer Service/Data Entry Representative will perform a variety of administrative and operational support tasks. The primary responsibility will be entering claims information into our internal management systems while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Accurately input claims information into designated claims management systems. Follow up with internal teams or external partners regarding missing or incomplete data. Review and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and proper documentation. Compile and prepare reports containing claims data from internal systems. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience (customer service, data entry, or administrative support). Basic computer proficiency and strong typing skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and communication skills.
