Our client is a TELUS & Koodo authorized wireless retailer operating a growing network of approximately 10 retail locations across British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. The business is owner-led, performance-driven, and focused on delivering strong in-store sales results and high-quality customer experiences.
The organization is at a stable growth stage and is looking to strengthen store-level sales execution, leadership capability, and its day-to-day relationship with TELUS.
This role is ideal for a strong regional / multi-store sales leader who enjoys being close to the business, coaching teams, and driving results on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
• Own sales performance and KPIs across :10 wireless retail locations
• Coach Store Managers and sales teams to improve activations, accessories, upgrades, and overall productivity
• Conduct regular store visits and hands-on sales coaching
• Act as the primary liaison with TELUS, ensuring compliance, alignment, and performance
• Support hiring, training, and development of store-level talent
• Work closely with ownership on sales initiatives, incentives, and performance improvement plans
Ideal Profile
• 6–10 years of experience in wireless retail sales leadership
• Experience managing multiple retail locations (district / regional level)
• Strong background with TELUS, Koodo, Rogers, Bell, or authorized dealer environments
• Proven ability to drive sales, not just manage operations
• Comfortable being hands-on and visible in stores
• Based in British Columbia (relocation not preferred)
