Your main responsibilities include: -
• Providing operational support and enhancements for the SAP-ERP system across the ASEAN/India region.
• Leading the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of proprietary systems for use within the ASEAN/India region.
• Evaluating opportunities for system sharing with group companies in China and exploring collaborative initiatives across various IT domains.
• Communicating IT initiatives to senior management within the ASEAN/India group and managing the necessary approval and execution processes.
• Reporting regularly to stakeholders in the Japan HQ IT team and supporting the alignment of regional activities with group business strategies and long‑term plans.
• Delivering on-site support for diverse IT operations throughout the ASEAN/India region.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree and above
· Candidate is required to communicate effectively in business and technical environments with Japanese speaking stakeholders, proficiency in business level Japanese is a must.
· Candidate must have at least 10 years of relevant working experience in managing and delivering IT projects with a global or multi-regional scope and proven experience overseeing the implementation of SAP systems, including S/4 HANA.
· Candidate with experience working in a diverse culture environment will have a distinct advantage.
· Candidate with experience in implementation, enhancement and/or modification of internal business systems will have a distinct advantage.
· Candidate will be required to work independently under minimal supervision and a team player.
· Candidate with excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and IT skills will have a distinct advantage.
· Candidate will be required to travel overseas for work purpose occasionally.
